This is a unique opportunity to serve in a trusted, long-term capacity as an extension of the Principle and Principle’s spouse. The ideal candidate is analytical, emotionally intelligent, and enjoys solving complex logistical and organizational challenges with minimal oversight. This role demands a solutions-driven, trustworthy individual who can anticipate needs, operate with a high degree of discretion, and execute across both personal and professional domains. Principle is  seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support the professional and personal lives of a high-performing executive and their family.

PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT

As part of our hiring process, we ask candidates to set aside 5-10 uninterrupted minutes to complete a Predictive Index® Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment. OBJECTIVES

·         Facilitate person and professional operations of a Principle and Principle’s family.

·         Support travel logistics and ensure high-efficiency transitions between engagements.

·         Maintain total confidentiality while managing sensitive personal and financial information.

·         Track and follow up on all delegated tasks, open loops, and outstanding requests.

·         Provide administrative support for business matters, including calendar management, meeting coordination, ghost management of emails, etc.

·         Coordinate household management including vendors, appointments, purchases, and travel.

·         Establish recurring task systems that prevent missed obligations (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).

·         Maintain an organized, efficient scheduling system for all family and professional activities while coordinating/facilitating all associated details.

·         Proactively anticipate the needs of the Principle and family, providing solutions before being asked.

·         Ensure all professional and personal tasks are completed accurately and on time, without requiring supervision, and in a manner representative of the Principle.

·         Proactively organize professional and personal activities, calendars, errands, tasks, etc. and carry these out effectively, efficiently, and quickly.

 

COMPETENCIES

·         Demonstrated ability to take initiative and execute without constant supervision.

·         Strong written and exceptional verbal communication skills.

·         Tech-savvy; comfortable using task tracking tools, calendars, cloud storage, and Excel.

·         Discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive personal and professional matters.

·         High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to operate independently.

·         Exceptional attention to detail and organizational mastery.

·         Ability to adapt to changing needs and adjust priorities with agility, speed, and grace.

·         Willingness to regularly work unconventional hours at the will and pleasure of the Principle and Principle’s family.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required if candidate demonstrates exceptional experience and professionalism.

·         Demonstrated experience with logistical planning, communication with vendors, and schedule coordination.

·         Experience managing both personal and business responsibilities simultaneously.

·         Minimum 3 years in a high-trust Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior leaders or business owners.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

·         Available for occasional after-hours or weekend support.

·         Comfortable being mobile and on-the-go to meet needs in both home and office settings.

·         Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for occasional errands or tasks.

 

COMPENSATION

·         Competitive base salary from $70,000 to $90,000
