Job Posting – Field Operations Coordinator

 

POSITION SUMMARY

RL Siteworx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Coordinator to assist with, facilitate, and report on the field operations of projects. This role will report directly to the Director of Field Operations. The duties of this role require an attitude willing to proactively assist, a personality that enjoys details, and an excellent understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.

OBJECTIVES:

-          Monitor and assist foreman with field technology.

-          Manage and facilitate quarterly safety meetings.

-          Manage, monitor, and report on safety courses and tool box talks.

-          Accountable for managing inventory of safety items.

-          Responsible for completing specific activities for new job starts and closesouts

-          Request and Update 811 Tickets

-          Monitor Field Inspections and Permit closeouts

-          Facilitate onboarding of new field operations hires

-          Assist with administrative task for field staff

-          Manipulate and report on field data

-          Collect and file dirt hauling ticket books

-          Facilitate incident and accident paperwork and reporting

-          File and distribute T&M tickets

-          Assist foreman with technology issues

 

COMPETENCIES:

-          Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment

-          Fantastic organizational skills

-          Ability to maintain composure while solving difficult and time sensitive problems

-          Outstanding Communication skills

-          Knowledge of Apple and Microsoft Integration

-          Bilingual; Superior ability to speak English and Spanish

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Some college experience preferred

Not less than 3 years of similar work experience in the construction industry
