Job Summary

We have an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to lead an outpatient wound care program in the Eugene market.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule

• No nights, weekends, or on-call coverage

• Outpatient, appointment-only clinic setting

• Procedure-based practice – minimal administrative burden

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and manage wound care procedures: suturing, debridement, incision & drainage (I&D)

• Provide advanced wound management and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure optimal outcomes

• Average 15–20 patient encounters daily

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (State of Oregon)

• National certification and DEA license required

• Minimum 1 year of NP experience with procedural skills

• Experience in urgent care,wound care, dermatology, surgical, or procedural environments preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $115,000–$155,000 annually + quarterly bonus potential
