You’ll combine hands-on technical design with strategic project leadership, ensuring every new product delivers reliability, performance, and efficiency.

\nDrive embedded control system projects from concept through production.
\nDefine project scope, milestones, and deliverables—balancing leadership with hands-on engineering.
\nFacilitate design reviews, make key technical decisions, and keep execution on track.
\nEngineer Smart Systems
\nTranslate product requirements into system architecture and detailed design documentation.
\nIntegrate sensors, temperature control logic, and communication interfaces.
\nValidate & Optimize
\nDevelop and execute validation plans ensuring performance, safety, and compliance.
\nParticipate in FMEA/DFMEA and other reliability analyses.
\nCollaborate & Innovate
\nMentor junior engineers and share best practices.
