As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the oversight, development, and implementation of programs and services. You will also ensure that patients receive the highest quality clinical services through community collaboration, staff development, and oversight of clinical contracts and agreements.  

What you will do:

·         Lead the clinic from a strategic perspective, driving efficiency and profitability.

·         Recruit, train, and retain staff.

·         Make decisions on the structure of the team.

·         Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Your Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
• LMSW preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting. Leadership or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with electronic medical record platforms.
