\nService and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers (screw, centrifugal, magnetic bearing)
\nPerform advanced diagnostics, teardowns, and overhauls
\nSupport startups, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance
\nCommunicate clearly with clients on issues and solutions
\nMaintain accurate records and follow safety and OEM procedures
\nRequirements
Must-Haves
12+ years of commercial mechanical HVAC experience
\n5+ years hands-on with applied systems, especially chillers
\nSkilled with air-cooled, water-cooled, screw, and centrifugal units
\nBased in the Los Angeles area with a strong work history
\nExcellent troubleshooting, mechanical, and communication skills
\nNice-to-Haves
\nManufacturer training or certifications (York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.)
\nCentrifugal teardown experience
\nIndustry certifications (EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30)
\nExperience with controls or BAS integration
\nCompensation & Logistics
