What You’ll Do:

• Engage in high-stakes litigation encompassing patentability, inoperability, and freedom-to-operate issues.
• Prepare and respond to inter partes review (IPR) boards and work closely with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
• Contribute to resolving groundbreaking disputes in artificial intelligence, software development, and machine learning sectors.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property and patent litigation.
• Strong academic background, preferably from a top-tier law school.
• Experience in patent and trade secrets disputes, with prior work on IPR petitions highly desirable.
• Graduate degree with active USPTO registration; patent bar preferred.
• Admission to practice in the relevant state bar or eligibility to obtain admission quickly.
