Job Description
- Handle litigation matters related to consumer warranty and product liability defense (Lemon Law)
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Represent clients in depositions, court hearings, and settlement conferences
- Collaborate with other attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- 2+ years of experience in warranty or product liability litigation
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset
