IMPACT: This is a unique opportunity to participate in a strategic greenfield Oracle Fusion implementation for a large and successful company, shaping its technological foundation for the future. As an Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Analyst, this person will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the company’s Oracle Cloud Financials systems.

ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: The Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Analyst will You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments, guide systems configuration, and serve as a trusted advisor for leveraging Oracle solutions to meet business objectives.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• This role bridges business needs with IT capabilities, ensuring smooth implementation, integration, and support for key financial modules.
• Partner with implementation teams to build scalable Oracle solutions, strategize an end-state blueprint, and manage CRM + ERP system architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document financial processes, requirements, and challenges.
• Develop functional designs for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials to align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate configurations and system performance.
• Work with technical teams to oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Create user guides and deliver training sessions to empower end-users with system knowledge.
• Troubleshoot issues, address user concerns, and ensure smooth system operations post-deployment.
• Simplify application landscapes, improve cross-functional processes, and provide strategic guidance for architecture and integration.

LOCATION

• The ideal hire will currently be located in the Tampa, FL area.
• A remote work arrangement will be considered for an exceptional candidate located in the USA (eastern or central time zone) to support EST business hours. Some travel to locations in VA and Tampa (for a non-local  hire) will be required.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• 7+ years configuring Oracle Cloud Financials (or 5+ full-cycle implementations).
• Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Projects (PA), and Cash Management (CM). Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting practices.
• Proficient in functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations.
• Experience in data migration, system integration, and interface design.
• Proficient in reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting Studio, OTBI, and SmartView.
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision making and communication abilities.
• Effective at leadership and developing team members.
• Familiar with traditional project management methodologies.
• The ability to work in both office and industrial environments is essential.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
