Ideal Profile: Seasoned professional with expertise in supply chain management and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful integrations with Oracle Finance and Cost Management, and possess a deep understanding of complex business processes in the supply chain domain.
How You Will Contribute:
Lead business workshops to document requirements and understand demand and initiatives.
Provide hands-on setup, implementation, and configuration of functional modules (Oralce EBS R12).
Drive process efficiency improvements and manage organizational change.
Serve as subject matter expert to optimize and standardize business processes and systems.
Collaborate with supply chain providers to deliver new functionality and solutions.
Design KPIs to measure and improve operational efficiency.
Plan and deliver initiatives leveraging Oracle e-Business Suite.
Create and review functional requirements, ensuring compliant system designs.
Train business users on new solutions and best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure quality system design.
Manage configuration and change processes during implementation and support.
Lead onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Analyze solutions for process improvement with project stakeholders.
Oversee release management, including prioritization, planning, and execution.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Oracle EBS functional implementation experience, with at least three Oracle EBS (R12) implementation cycles completed, including at least one in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in Oracle EBS modules: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash, Purchase Orders, Inventory, Manufacturing, ASCP, BOM/WIP and Master Data. Certification in Oracle EBS is a plus.
Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS core applications, as well as data analysis and management.
Experience in defining system requirements, designing solutions, process transformation, testing, training, and go-live support.
Collaborative with senior management and global teams during implementation and post go-live.
Able to manage work stream scope, change requests, and mitigate risks while proposing best practice solutions.
Manage change for better adoption of new solution-driven processes.
Familiar with AIM methodology and Waterfall/Agile SDLC.
Certification in CSCP/CPIM/CPSM is a plus.
Local to or willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area from within the USA.
