Ideal Profile: Seasoned professional with expertise in IT Finance and Accounting applications and systems with extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful integrations between Oracle Finance and Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Manufacturing and Costing.
How You Will Contribute:
Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for continuous improvement of operational finance processes and systems.
Promote best practices in finance application management.
Plan and execute strategic initiatives leveraging Oracle e-Business Suite financial modules.
Ensure successful delivery of business requirements and functional configuration using Oracle EBS.
Validate solutions and enhancements against Oracle best practices.
Facilitate workshops to document business requirements and understand initiatives.
Provide hands-on setup, implementation, and configuration of functional modules.
Drive process efficiency improvements and manage organizational change.
Serve as a subject matter expert to optimize, standardize, and improve business processes.
Collaborate with financial systems providers to implement best practices and new functionalities.
Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze process improvement solutions.
Manage release process, including prioritization, planning, testing, and execution
Oversee data conversion, cutover, go-live, and production support
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance Information Systems, or related field and in depth knowledge of accounting transactions and internal financial controls
10+ years of Oracle EBS functional implementation experience, Certification in Oracle EBS is a plus.
Experience in at least three Oracle EBS R12 implementation cycles, including at least one in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with Oracle GL, AR, AP, FA, PO, CM, TCA, SLA, & EB-Tax.
Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting.
In-depth knowledge of EBS integration across Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing
Experience with intercompany and multi-currency transactions
Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS core applications in R12.
Skilled in data analysis and managing operations data.
Experience in defining system requirements, designing solutions, process transformation, testing, training, and go-live support.
Effective communicator with all management levels and across functions.
Able to manage work stream scope, change requests, milestones, and mitigate risks using best practices.
Skilled at balancing multiple projects and prioritizing competing needs while maintaining high-quality, timely work.
Ability to manage changes for better adoption of new processes.
Familiar with AIM methodology and Waterfall/Agile SDLC.
Certification in CSCP/CPIM/CPSM is a plus.
Local to or willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area from within the USA
