On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Functional Expert to play a key role in optimizing operations and maximizing the value of the Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) system. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of supply chain, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and transportation. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and cost savings, including leveraging Oracle Supply Chain export capabilities.

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and qualify new suppliers.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Develop and maintain inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Forecast demand and plan production schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage logistics and transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
  • Leverage Oracle Supply Chain export functionality to extract and analyze data for improved decision-making.
  • Develop and implement processes for exporting and importing supply chain data to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve supply chain efficiency, including automation and integration with other systems.
  • Analyze supply chain data and report on key performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a risk management plan for the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of the supply chain with other business processes.
  • Lead and mentor team members responsible for supply chain operations.



  • 15 + yrs of related experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in supply chain management IT, including Oracle Order Management, Global Order Promising, Inventory (Receiving, Inventory Management, Shipping, Picking, Counting, Basic Planning), Costing, and Procurement Modules.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with exporting and importing data from Oracle SCM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Experience with leading and mentoring team members.
  • Travel: Able to travel to customers for various project milestones.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Certification: Oracle certifications preferred. APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation is a plus.
  • Work Authorization: US Citizen or GC Holder in the USA
