Seeking a Workday Security Administrator – Raleigh, NC (Relo available) to take ownership of security configuration, compliance, and optimization within our client's Workday HRIS environment.
This is a key role supporting data integrity, process improvement, and seamless access across the enterprise.
In this senior-level position, you’ll partner closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to design, implement, and manage Workday security roles, permissions, and policies. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, drive best practices, and ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements—all while helping shape the future of our HR technology ecosystem.

Day in the Life:
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday security roles, groups, and access controls.
Develop and enforce HRIS security policies and change management procedures.
Troubleshoot access issues, support audits, and ensure compliance and data integrity.
Collaborate with HRIS, HR, and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and improvements.
Stay current with Workday trends and participate in community and user group discussions.
Your Talents:
5+ years of HRIS experience (3+ years focused on Workday Security across HCM, Benefits, Time, and Reporting).
