We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP professional with expertise in Cloud-based solutions and mobile app development using Oracle technologies. As Senior Applications Lead, you will drive the design and deployment of custom business intelligence and data management tools, managing Financials, Project Accounting, PTP, OTC, and Service Modules. You will mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage Oracle PL/SQL and APEX to transform spreadsheets into mobile and cloud solutions.

Company is a growing construction and environmental services contractor, specializing in water utilities for 50+ years. This hybrid role may require occasional travel to other locations.

OVERVIEW of WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and mentor a development team, ensuring technical excellence and collaboration across projects. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications aligned with business goals. Conduct code reviews, resolve technical challenges, and enforce best practices.
• Work closely with the VP of IT to provide project updates and drive technical initiatives. Customize and develop applications, including Oracle Financials, CPQ, Sales Cloud, ProntoForms, and Intelex. Manage integrations with third-party systems and cloud platforms.
• Design scalable solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, and ensure optimal performance and availability of enterprise apps through monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP enterprise project implementation experience.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, middleware, OBIEE, Power BI, and ETL processes.
• Expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services (SOAP/REST), APIs, and automation.
• Technical proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML, PL/SQL, APEX, and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.3–4 years of cloud experience with Oracle Financials, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to customize and integrate Oracle CPQ, Sales Cloud, and third-party applications. HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Track record that demonstrates problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Exposure to in IT audits, compliance, security, and risk management.
• B.S. in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related technology field required.
• Local to the Atlanta area and willing to work a hybrid arrangement
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (GC Holder)
