Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry is a plus.
