Must have at least (3) years of human resource generalist experience including employee relations strategy and execution, identify and implement performance improvement processes, reporting, analytics, program administration, recruitment, benefits, compensation, training, provide support in the administration of the workers compensation program and payroll for the plant along with general HR administrative duties assigned divisions and employee groups.  This role will also be the primary HRMS system administrator - experience working with software tools such as Oracle, Access and Excel.  This position will lead the HR function for a (200) employee, non-union plant and report to the Corporate HR Director (based out of state).  Bachelor degree required!
