Our client is a high-profile staffing industry leader with a focus in Construction, Light Industrial and Waste/Recycling. They are seeking a dynamic Market Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Miami region. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with 4-8 years of sales experience in staffing, construction and any role that involves job placement and sales. The Market Sales Manager will be responsible for a book of business while developing new business opportunities, providing mentorship and support to the sales team, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages success.
How You Will Build Your Book of Business:
- Territory Representation: Represent the client organization across an assigned territory, managing accounts or verticals to meet all customer staffing needs.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customer leads and perform cold call activities to secure appointments and build a robust sales funnel.
- Sales Execution: Drive the sales process from initial contact through to close, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Market Strategy: Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets in both revenue and profitability.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain and nurture customer relationships throughout the sales process and service delivery, acting as the single point of contact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with local branch recruiters to ensure customers' orders are filled with the talent they need.
- Sales Tools: Utilize CRM and other tracking tools to report on activities and strategize effectively.
- Mentorship: Provide mentoring and support to sales team members, helping them refine their skills and achieve their goals.
- Visibility & Communication: Maintain a high level of visibility and communication with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Your Experience Requirements:
- Sales Experience: 4-8 years of related sales experience, within the staffing industry.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations for the assigned territory.
- Consultative Selling: Proficiency in consultative selling techniques.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license.
- Self-Motivation: A self-motivated individual with the ability to meet and exceed target goals.
- Process-Driven: A systematic approach to improving sales processes.
- Execution & Ownership: Strong execution skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to persuade and build strong relationships both internally and externally. Ensures all communication channels are leveraged effectively.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual Skills: Bilingual Spanish is a a must.
