Job Description

Environmental engineers typically do the following: Prepare, review, update, and present reports on issues related to the environment. Design systems that protect the environment, such as those to reclaim water or to control air pollution. Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures

 

Key Responsibilities:-Project Management: Lead environmental project activities, including siteinvestigations, environmental assessments, and remediation plans.-Compliance Strategy: Develop strategies to ensure adherence to environmentalregulations and hazardous waste management.-Environmental Risk Assessment: Identify and advise on environmental risks associatedwith plant operations.-Sampling & Monitoring: Design and implement sampling and monitoring plans for air,land, and water pollution.-Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze environmental data to ensure regulatorycompliance and prepare reports for management and agencies.-Regulatory Evaluation: Stay updated on regulatory changes, ensuring all operationscomply with the latest standards.

 

Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a relatedfield.- Experience with Title V compliance and hazardous waste management.- Proven track record in environmental project management.- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and risk assessment.-
