Intellidealer Systems Analyst

Horizon is looking for a highly experienced Systems Analyst for Intellidealer ERP.

·       Analyze the requirements and specifications of the existing Intellidealer implementation and identify root cause issues (system, configuration, business process, integrations, etc.)

·       Act as the translator between the Business users and the vendor.

·       Facilitate and/or implement solutions to address issues (may require collaboration with the vendor).

·       Design, develop, test, and implement solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and stakeholders.

·       Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting for system issues and problems.

·       Evaluate and recommend new configurations, processes, tools, and methodologies to improve system performance, efficiency, and security.

·       Document and maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures.

·       Collaborate with other IT professionals, such as developers, programmers, network administrators, and project managers.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

·       A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Intellidealer ERP.

·       Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, finance and integration techniques and tools.

·       Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

·       Attention to detail and quality assurance.
