Job Description

  • Provide front-desk support by welcoming visitors and answering calls professionally
  • Manage office supplies, mail, deliveries, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and administrative tasks
  • Support document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Help maintain a clean, professional, and organized office environment
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support general office operations

Qualifications

  • Office or administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and willingness to support a variety of office needs
