Job Description

  • Define and lead the strategic direction for BLDC motor drive IC products
  • Establish and grow relationships with key MCU ecosystem partners
  • Guide product introductions and commercial strategy for lead customers
  • Collaborate with sales and applications teams to create effective collateral
  • Oversee full product lifecycle with a focus on pricing and margin management
  • Drive engagement with key accounts and support large customer projects
  • Conduct regular customer visits to gather market and competitive insights
  • Analyze technical and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and R&D to streamline communication
  • Develop and maintain marketing presentations and materials
  • Manage sales forecasting and reporting processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing for motor drive ICs or power semiconductors
  • Strong understanding of BLDC topology, including software algorithms and hardware (IPM and HB)
  • Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and manage product lifecycle
  • Experience working with global customers and participating in trade shows
  • Ability to turn technical capabilities into compelling business value
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
