Job Description

  • Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death cases
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
  • Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
  • Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations as needed
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced personal injury attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
  • Admission to practice law in Washington State (active and in good standing)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Litigation experience is a plus but not required
  • Commitment to client advocacy and a high level of empathy
