Lead day-to-day operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination
Monitor and report on operational metrics (costs, productivity, quality, safety) and identify improvement opportunities
Supervise and support team members, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure performance standards are met
Collaborate with other departments (finance, HR, project management) to align operations with strategic goals
Identify process gaps and implement best practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery
Oversee vendor and contractor coordination when required, ensuring quality and timely execution
Maintain organized systems for documentation, reports, and operational records
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policy, and regulatory requirements
Handle operational escalations, resolve issues promptly, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Proven experience (3–5 years or more) in operations leadership, process coordination, or a related role
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team through change
Familiarity with business systems and tools (Excel, reporting software, workflow tools)
Experience in vendor management, process improvement, and performance tracking is a plus
Comfortable in a hands-on environment and capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
