A well-established medical products company in Albuquerque is seeking a detail-oriented Office & Data Entry Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and maintain accurate data across multiple internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 
Responsibilities For Office & Data Entry Coordinator:
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems
  • Process and track orders, shipments, and documentation with strong attention to detail

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document preparation

  • Support customer service and operations teams with order status updates, data requests, and basic inquiries

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow

  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness

  • Assist with basic reporting and data audits

  • Manage incoming emails and phone calls as needed

  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations

 
Qualifications For Office & Data Entry Coordinator:
  • 1–2 years of administrative, data entry, or office support experience

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience with ERP or database systems preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy

  • Experience in manufacturing, medical products, healthcare, or distribution settings

  • Familiarity with order processing or inventory systems

  • Expert Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

 
Compensation For Office & Data Entry Coordinator:
$17-$19 Hourly
