Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and organization across the office
Support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and general coordination
Maintain compliance with industry protocols, documentation requirements, and internal standards
Manage incoming calls, policy documentation, client requests, and agency communications
Assist with processing insurance forms, updating client information, and tracking renewals
Develop and streamline office procedures to improve productivity and workflow
Provide administrative support to insurance agents, account managers, and management
Supervise administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight
Handle vendor relationships, office supplies, and facility needs
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional customer service at all times
3+ years of administrative or office management experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software preferred
Ability to lead, coach, and support administrative staff
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
