Senior Civil Engineer – Site Design

Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-site)

Salary: $90,000 – $160,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Relocation 

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and engineering of civil site development projects across diverse sectors.

• Collaborate with in-house architects, EITs, and CAD designers to deliver grading, drainage, utility, and permitting plans.

• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to execute technically sound and efficient designs.

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 7 years of civil engineering experience in site and land development.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with the ability to complete drainage modeling and site layout design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• PE license preferred, but not required.

• Experience managing project schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.
