Commercial Estimator

Seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to support our client's growing project pipeline. As a Commercial Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in pricing work accurately, ensuring that proposals are competitive, complete, and aligned with project scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings, project specifications, and bid requirements to produce accurate estimates
• Collaborate with internal teams  to confirm scope and materials
• Solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors and evaluate for cost-efficiency
• Prepare material takeoffs, labor estimates, and complete cost proposals
• Maintain historical data on material, labor, and subcontractor costs
• Identify cost-saving alternatives and support value engineering efforts when appropriate

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
• Skilled at reading construction drawings and technical specifications
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
