MSP Engineer – Onsite IT Partner

Onsite Role | Blue Bell, PA

Our client, a growing IT Consultancy, is seeking a customer focused professional to serve as the trusted, on-site face of their team. 

As an MSP Engineer, you’ll work onsite with a client in Blue Bell, PA, and serve as their valued IT advisor to solve both day-to-day tech issues and identify ways technology can drive their business forward. 

What You’ll Do

• Act as the key liaison between to client leadership/staff, building trust and credibility.

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT issues while providing exceptional customer service.

• Support onboarding, training, and executive-level needs.

• Partner with the broader team to deliver IT projects that solve real business challenges.

• Apply and expand your knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Power Platform, Teams, Copilot) to streamline workflows and improve processes.

• Spot opportunities where technology can add value and help grow the business.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience (desktop, network, or end-user)

• 5+ years MSP customer support

• A proactive, consultative mindset with interest in process improvement and automation.

• Degree with certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft or AZ-900, ITIL) preferred.
