Commercial Construction Manager

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and demonstrated success leading teams. Our leadership philosophy focuses on coaching and mentoring, and we’re looking for someone who embodies this approach to guide and support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor construction schedules, workflow, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other supervisors, managers, and departments to resolve issues and meet company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Commercial construction experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Bilingual - Spanish & English (preferred)
