Drive Operational Excellence in Modular Construction

We’re seeking a VP of Construction & Operations to lead multi-site manufacturing and production across our modular construction locations. This executive role will drive strategic growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance, partnering with site leaders to enhance production, quality, and cost control.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Multi-Site Operations – Guide GMs in production, quality, HR, finance, and compliance to drive efficiency.
• Oversee Reporting & Financials – Consolidate sales, labor, job performance, and cost data for executive leadership.
• Drive Product & Process Innovation – Lead job costing, new product design, and specialty project reviews.
• Optimize Production & Inventory – Ensure seamless transition from design to production and oversee annual audits.
• Engage with Key Customers & Projects – Support project calls, troubleshooting, and dispute resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in modular construction leadership
• Proven experience in multi-site management, financial oversight, and process optimization
• Strong data analysis, ERP, and financial modeling skills
• Ability to drive efficiency, solve challenges, and lead high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and executive leadership skills
