Job Description

• Provide one-on-one, high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Develop customized treatment plans and track patient progress
• Conduct evaluations and re-assessments to ensure ongoing care effectiveness
• Collaborate with other providers and team members for integrated care
• Utilize advanced rehab equipment such as a squat rack, Pilates reformer, turf field, and more
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow fully digital workflows

Qualifications

• Active (or pending/willing to obtain) Washington State PT license
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commute reliably to Seattle, WA. (Relocation available)
