We are proud to represent Kollective Auto Group — a dynamic, fast-growing network of franchise dealerships — in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their corporate team in Edison, New Jersey.
This is a high-impact, in-office role supporting Kollective’s aggressive growth strategy. The focus is on attracting and hiring top-performing automotive technicians and essential dealership staff — the very talent that keeps the group’s operations running smoothly and its customers coming back.
Why This Role Matters:Technicians are the foundation of any successful service operation, and at Kollective, they are treated as such. The right TA leader will not only help scale hiring across the group but also play a key role in shaping its culture, performance, and future.
The Ideal Candidate:
Brings solid automotive industry recruiting experience (ideally in fixed ops or dealership support roles)
Is proactive, resourceful, and highly organized
Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
