Grossman Chevrolet is expanding! They are bringing their Business Development Center in-house and seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead this exciting initiative. This role offers the unique chance to take over from an outside agency and build a best-in-class BDC operation from the ground up.

As BDC Manager, you’ll play a central role in driving sales and service growth, building a talented team, and creating efficient processes that deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll also work closely with our hands-on Dealer Principal and outstanding management team, providing you with mentorship, visibility, and long-term growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the transition of BDC operations from an outside vendor to an in-house team.
• Recruit, train, and coach BDC representatives.
• Develop processes to maximize appointment-setting, follow-up, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with sales and service leadership to align BDC efforts with dealership goals.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record managing a BDC team (automotive preferred).
• Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, report, and act on KPIs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter excited by building something new within an established dealership.
