We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager/Desk Manager to join a premier Asian import franchise in Dutchess County, NY. This opportunity is with one of the nation’s leading automotive consolidators, representing a brand recognized for quality, reliability, and customer loyalty.

Position Highlights:

Lead a sales team of 15 consultants
Collaborate with a highly experienced General Sales Manager and General Manager with decades of proven leadership
Contribute to the continued growth and success of one of the region’s top-performing dealerships

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in high-volume automotive sales management
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
Energetic and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals

Compensation: Competitive on-target earnings of $175,000–$200,000
