Your Role with the Company:
The Screen-Printing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Screen-printing processes ensuring efficient production, high-quality output and team management.
 
What you will be doing:
He/she is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities within the screen-printing pressroom, screen making and spray departments.  This includes operations, training, employee management and quality control.  The manager collaborates with other departments, such as quality, maintenance and sales, to streamline workflows and improve production processes.    Key responsibilities include:

What you will need:
•    High School diploma or GED required.  Associate or bachelor’s degree in print technology, graphic arts or business management preferred.
•    5+ years of experience in Screen Printing or Print production.  
•    2-3+ years experience in a supervisory or management role.
•    Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting manual and servo driven automatic screen-printing presses. Strong technical knowledge of multi-color screen printing presses.
•    Proven ability to lead, train and develop teams.  Strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills to manage staff and coordinate with other departments.
