Responsibilities:

• Design and execute phage display campaigns to identify high-affinity antibodies, from library construction and selection strategies to hit validation and optimization.
• Collaborate across teams, contribute to project strategy, and help shape the discovery platform.
• Work alongside seasoned veterans and share in the design and execution of experiments.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field)
• Direct phage display experience
• Experience with protein expression, purification, and characterization
• Experience with molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, sequencing analysis)
• Familiarity with antibody technologies and protein-protein interactions
• Quick learner who can adapt to new protocols and troubleshoot independently
