Job Description:
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Attorney to join our client's distinguished Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice, a pivotal component of their broader Technology Sector group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing sophisticated legal counsel to a diverse portfolio of burgeoning enterprises and nascent ventures. This encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate governance and strategic advisory functions, often serving in an "external general counsel" capacity, guiding clients through critical business decisions. A core responsibility will involve orchestrating and executing complex venture financing rounds, spanning both early-stage seed investments and late-stage growth equity transactions. This includes adeptly representing both the company's seeking capital and the venture capital funds and other institutional investors deploying it.
