Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Hours: 40 expected hours per week

Pay Rate: $50-$60 per hour based on experience

Type: Temporary/Contract position

What You'll Do: 

Work under the guidance of the Medical Director and alongside client managers and a multidisciplinary team to provide quality health services. 

Ideal Candidate: 

You're proactive, detail-oriented provider that thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality care. 

• BLS Certified
• Licensed to practice in Illinois
• Background in Urgent Care, Emergency or Occupational Health a PLUS
• DEA license preferred
