Industrial plant with onsite medical clinic seeks multiple medical assistants for full-time and par-time work. Two month contract with potential extension.

Shifts: 6a-2:30p, 2:00p-10:30p, M-F, some weekends

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and prep patients, collect vitals, medical history, and assist with exams.
• Administer injections, medications, and assist with minor procedures and lab testing (including phlebotomy).
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in our EMR system.
• Schedule tests, manage referrals, and secure pre-authorizations as needed.
• Support clinic operations—restock supplies, maintain equipment, and keep exam rooms clean and ready.
• Monitor patients for changes and report concerns to providers promptly.
• Provide education and instructions on tests or follow-up care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of—or currently enrolled in—an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Previous admin experience (bonus if it's in healthcare!).
• Preferred experience with workman's comp
