A busy speciality office in Chattanooga has an immediate opening for a Front Desk/Check in associate. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. In this role you will be an ambassador for the practice and will be the first person to greet patients.
In this role you will
-Greet patients and check them in
-Scan insurance, identification and other administrative front-desk tasks
-Take payments and co-payments
-Answer patient questions
To be successful in this role you should have previous customer service experience. Understanding of how a Doctor or Physician's office works. Previous experience with and EMR or patient charting.
This is an on-site role. Office hours are M-F, 8-5pm.
