We're looking for a dedicated and adaptable healthcare professional to join our team, where you'll play a hands-on role in both patient care and clinic operations. This position involves evaluating and treating patients for a wide range of health concerns, developing care plans based on clinical guidelines, and working closely with a supervising physician. This position is located with a clinic located in Wisconsin, just outside of St. Paul,MN.
Conduct wellness exams, physicals, and pre-employment screenings
Assess and manage both short-term illnesses and long-term conditions using evidence-based protocols
Develop personalized care plans under the guidance of a supervising physician
Support prevention efforts through screenings and education
Treat and document work-related injuries and illnesses
Collaborate with the medical director and client partners on case reviews and care coordination
Oversee clinic-led testing programs, including respirator fit testing and hearing assessments
Provide age-appropriate care and interventions
Educate patients on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
Track treatment outcomes and adjust plans based on patient progress
Make referrals to specialists or follow-up services as appropriate
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the electronic medical system
Jump in to support other clinical tasks as needed
Comfortable interacting with leadership, clients, and a multidisciplinary care team
Genuinely passionate about helping people and improving access to quality care
Able to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to new situations
Strong communication skills — both with patients and within the team
Professional, ethical, and committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care
Physically capable of performing job duties (standing, lifting, kneeling, etc.)
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (active and in good standing) must be able to practice in the state of Wisconsin.
At least 1 year of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care
DEA license preferred
BLS certification required
