What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Manage personal insurance needs for a select group of clients, from referrals to ongoing service.
  • Underwriting, marketing, and placing home, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines products.
  • Conduct annual client reviews to ensure optimal coverage and recommending updates.
  • Handle client inquiries, processing policy changes, and facilitating claims.
  • Support teammates and the receptionist as needed for smooth office operations.

 

About You

  •  Be able to do the job as described.
  • Hold a Missouri property/casualty (or Personal Lines Producer) license.
  • Demonstrated expertise in an agency management system like AMS360, Applied EPIC, or similar.
  • Thrive in a referral-driven environment, balancing service and sales.
  • Willing to work on-site, managing both individual and team tasks effectively.
