·       Stay up to date with major furniture lines, new product introductions, secondary lines, industry practices and emerging service offerings

·       Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

·       Visit clients, and attend industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship building opportunities

·       Proactively remain connected to clients and the market to access new opportunities

·       Manage project profitability

·       Outstanding analytical skills for understanding project execution, budgetary needs, and client dynamics and able to clearly demonstrate the value we can provide for the client
