What You’ll Be Doing
· Facilitate startup activities: job orders, documentation, permits, materials, and GC coordination
· Maintain clear, professional communication across vendors, field teams, and stakeholders
· Support estimating with material/vendor quotes and bid-day responsiveness
· Help ensure follow-through on all open tasks and project details
· Take increasing ownership of project management responsibilities as trust builds
About You
· Be able to do the job as described
· Comfortable navigating GC portals, shop drawings, and equipment procurement
· Confident in managing both field and admin communication with professionalism
· Motivated to grow in technical, soft skill, or leadership areas
· Naturally detail-oriented, proactive, and unafraid to take the lead on tasks
