 Senior Salesforce Administrator  THIS IS A  HYBRID POSITION THAT NEEDS CANDIDATES FROM THE CHICAGOLAND AREA.  

Location: Near Burr Ridge, IL

Company: Healthcare Company (>$70 million)

About the Role: Our client, a prominent healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead a team of three other administrators. This role will serve as the technical lead, responsible for optimizing and customizing Salesforce to align with business objectives. While prior management experience and Salesforce developer expertise are advantageous, they're not mandatory. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, act as a liaison between end-users and the Salesforce team, and possess a holistic understanding of business needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of Salesforce administrators and analysts.
  2. Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  3. Analyze business requirements, develop designs, and drive platform solutions.
  4. Establish and implement change control and best practices for system maintenance, configuration, etc.
  5. Perform database maintenance tasks and suggest changes for process improvement.
  6. Conduct periodic checks to enhance business process execution.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Certification is mandatory.  At least need  Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) would be preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Health Cloud or Sales Cloud.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business data and problem-solving.
  • Track record of independent judgment on projects.
  • Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks such as creating Public Groups, Queues, Permission Sets, Profiles, etc.
