This is a critical role within a facility that uses solvent and solventless inks to print on extruded plastic film.  Role is responsible for Environmental, Health & Safety of the manufacturing plant and for driving a culture of safety.

We are seeking a high caliber individual that is capable of managing and improving the safety record of assigned plant and for ensuring good standing with federal, state and local EHS policies. This individual will put the systems and processes in place to meet and exceed corporate standards.

Location:  Maryland – White Plains area – known for proximity to the beautiful Eastern Shore

To be successful in this critical role:You must be a driven EHS leader with the ability to engage the staff and drive continuous improvements

• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead a dynamic operation  
• Experience within chemicals, plastics, or similar processing environments
• Degree preferred.
• Systems/Process minded individual that is capable of implementing best practices
• Experience with HazCom, Air Reports, state EPA regulations and creating safety data sheets
