Responsibilities:

Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
Hybrid remote and in office
Base salary plus recruitment bonus plan

Requirements:

Minimum one year of healthcare recruiting
COVID vaccination required
HHA and CNA Caregiver recruiting required
Home care recruiting required
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Strong verbal and written communication skills
