Job Title: Controller

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

   • Prepare accurate financial statements.
   • Ensure compliance with GAAP.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
   • Monitor performance and provide analysis.

3. Cash Flow Management:

   • Optimize cash flow and working capital.
   • Monitor A/R, A/P, and inventory.

4. Financial Analysis:

   • Conduct analysis to support decision-making.
   • Provide ad hoc reports.

5. Cost Accounting:

   • Oversee cost accounting processes.
   • Ensure accurate product costing.

6. Internal Controls:

   • Establish and maintain internal controls.
   • Perform audits to identify risks.

7. Team Leadership:

   • Lead and develop the accounting team.
   • Foster a culture of accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in ERP (Epicor) systems.
