We are conducting a search for a motivated Recruiting Assistant in Silicon Valley, CA. Ideally experience in recruiting, event planning, hospitality, public relations, human resources or a law firm a plus.

 
This is a full-time, hybrid position with hours from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. You'll be in the office 3 days a week and 2 days WFH.
 

This position will provide administrative support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, the Summer Associate Program, on-campus and lateral hiring, event planning and special projects. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for summer, first year, and lateral associates;
  • Act as point of contact for greeting recruits during interviews/office visits;
  • Assist with planning recruiting events for Bay Area law schools and federal courts;
  • Assist with planning attorney training program and onboarding;
  • Assist with planning summer associate events, and other social events for recruits and attorneys;
  • Assist with occasional marketing events and other special projects as needed;
  • Communicate directly with vendors and law schools;
  • Process department expenses, maintain spreadsheets, and perform other administrative duties as needed.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
  • Experience in recruiting, event planning, hospitality, public relations, human resources or a law firm a plus.
  • Must have an outgoing personality, professional appearance, superior work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a very fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and people skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, maintain a strong work ethic and confidentiality, and promote professionalism.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (mainly Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Vaccination required.
