Join our team as a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal, where you’ll bring your expertise to all phases of estate and trust administration. We are seeking professionals with 5+ years of experience to contribute to our New Jersey, New York, or Florida offices.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate across multiple jurisdictions (NJ, NY, and FL experience preferred).
• Communicate extensively with clients, financial planners, and accountants.
• Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings.
• Manage the distribution of estate assets and trust funding.
• Draft deeds and conduct related deed work.
• Utilize estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word for documentation and compliance tasks.
• Maintain superior organizational and communication standards to deliver exceptional service.
